Job Description

We are looking for skilled Welders to join our team at a manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be responsible for welding various components, including moto packs, relay boxes, and high/low voltage cabinets, using TIG, MIG, and Pulse GMAW welding methods. You will also work with overhead cranes and perform some fabrication tasks.

This is a full-time, day or night shift position with a clean background check required. If you're experienced with welding and ready to work in a dynamic environment, we'd love to have you on our team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform TIG (gas tungsten arc welding) and MIG (gas metal arc welding) welding on various components.
• Use overhead cranes to move and position materials as needed.
• Weld small inventory parts such as B-parts and expansion chambers.
• Read and interpret traveler packets and drawings to ensure precise measurements and specifications are met.
• Perform grinding and sanding to remove excess weld material and imperfections.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with TIG and MIG welding (knowledge of GMAW-P pulse welding is a plus).
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and traveler packets for material selection and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring welds are smooth and within tolerance (no blemishes like pinholes, scratches, or heat tint).
• Experience with overhead crane operation and handling materials safely.
• Must pass a background check and demonstrate good safety practices.
