Forest River, Inc., the Nation’s largest manufacturer of Recreational Vehicles, Cargo Trailers, Transit Buses, and Boats, has an immediate opening.

Responsibilities

• Perform all welding procedures including machine settings, bottles, and necessary fittings.
• Weld Aluminum and set up and maintain welding machines (tip, liner, changes, etc.), welding vertically, horizontally, and overhead.
• Inspect welds for cracks, burn through, and weld spatter.
• Weld as required in various positions.
• Grind and clean areas as needed.
• Stay current with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and perform basic mechanical adjustments on all equipment.
• Follow hazardous waste disposal and fire prevention procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to read blueprints.
