• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and perform basic math.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing, bending, reaching, and occasionally lifting or moving up to 50 pounds, with reasonable accommodation as needed.
• Comfort working in a foundry environment with loud noise, heat, cold, fumes, and moving equipment.
