Loading... Experienced Welder – 1 st shift hours – Pay up to $32/ hr !! Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Welder to join our manufacturing team. This position focuses on repairing, straightening, grinding, and welding steel castings to meet production and quality standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, takes pride in their workmanship, and is comfortable performing both welding and grinding duties as part of the manufacturing process.

What we’re looking for:

• Solid welding experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, foundry, or heavy industrial environment
• MIG, TIG, and Stick experience are all positives
• Able to assist with welded assemblies, including fit-up, tack welding, final welding, repair, and basic fabrication work based on job requirements.
• Able to perform casting repair, weld repair, and related fabrication work
• Comfortable working around grinding, castings, cranes, and heavy shop equipment
• Able to read basic instructions, follow job requirements, and produce quality work with limited supervision
• Reliable, safety-minded, and able to be productive from day one
• Must be willing to work hands-on in a hot, loud, dirty foundry environment
