Job summary

Serrmi Products is seeking a Welder for first shift to weld components in flat, vertical, and overhead positions. The role requires the ability to read blueprints and work with mild steel, stainless steel, and other alloys.

First shift: 6am-4:30pm; Monday-Thursday. We offer excellent pay, paid time off, holidays, sick time, and a comprehensive benefits plan including medical, dental, vision, prescription & life insurance, as well as a 401K and uniform allowance.

Qualifications

• Welding experience with mild steel and stainless steel.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

• Climb ladders to reach ceilings and other high objects.
• Push, pull, lift, or move 50 pounds repeatedly.

Required Experiences:

• Welding Certification is preferred
• Must have previous experience working with mild steel and stainless steel
• Must have solid working knowledge of current welding materials and procedures
• Attention to detail and initiative to be self-motivated and directed.
• Ability to manage time and work independently or with other team members
• Able to read and interrupt multipage blueprints.
• Weld separately or in combination of, using stainless steel, cast iron and other alloys.
• At least 2 years of continual welding experience

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
