Responsibilities

1. Weld and assemble pipe components using MIG, TIG, or Stick welding processes.
2. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and piping diagrams.
3. Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical systems, pumps, piping, and hydraulic components.
4. Perform preventive maintenance on foundry or industrial machinery (e.g., furnaces, motors, conveyors).
5. Assist with equipment installations, including rigging and pipe fitting.
6. Fabricate and install structural components, brackets, and support systems.
7. Maintain compliance with safety regulations, including LOTO and PPE protocols.
8. Document maintenance and welding activities accurately.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in pipe welding and industrial maintenance.
• Proficient in MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding (certification preferred but not required).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in high-heat, industrial environments and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Comfortable working from heights, ladders, and in confined spaces.
