Job Details

Location: Deshler, NE Facility Corporate Headquarters - Deshler, NE 68340.

The purpose of the Welder is to manufacture quality irrigation products from fabricated metal component parts by performing acceptable weld processes.

Responsibilities

• Weld steel, aluminum, and other materials to meet established production and quality standards.
• Use hand and power tools correctly, including welding machines, rotating equipment, plasma cutting and oxy‑acetylene torches, and basic fabrication tools.
• Operate a forklift; obtain a forklift license if required.
• Interpret blueprints, technical and service bulletins, product specifications, and standard operating procedures.
• Set up production jobs with appropriate fixturing and tools to meet required results.
• Use specialized measuring tools such as tape measures, levels, and degree finders.
• Maintain safety standards, use PPE such as welding helmets, safety glasses, protective footwear, and hearing protection.
• Work with limited supervision, demonstrating initiative, good judgment, tact, and sound reasoning.
• Maintain good attendance and punctuality.
