Job description

Shift:

2nd Shift 4pm-2:30am M-TH + 15% shift differential

Core Responsibilities:
  1. Experience in welding aircraft component parts ranging in thickness from .015-.120.
  2. Perform repetitive welding operations on standard weldments following prescribed procedures.
  3. Work from part drawings, sketches, templates, and patterns.
  4. Work is subject to process and final inspection and testing.
  5. Complete necessary paperwork to track parts through process.
  6. Performs other duties as required.
Qualifications:
  1. 3+ years of experience TIG welding in a production or repair shop position, preferably in Aerospace assembly.
  2. Experience welding exotic metals.
  3. Must be able to read and interpret operation sheets and follow complex instructions and/or directions.
  4. Able to use advanced math to add, subtract, multiply or divide and work with fractions, decimals, and percentages.
  5. Able to communicate verbally and/or in writing in English with other employees, team members, and supervision.
  6. Must be able to lift up to 40lbs occasionally without restrictions.
  7. Unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S.
