Wieland North America, Inc is hiring for experienced 3rd shift Welders at their facility in Verona, New Jersey. Positions are available for Level I, II, and III welders, offering starting pay of $28.00 per hour with additional shift differentials. Successful candidates will execute quality welding tasks while adhering to safety regulations and maintaining a clean working environment.

Wieland is hiring for 3rd shift Welders Level I, II, III. Skilled and experienced welders are required for positions ranging from entry-level to expert. Welders will work from shop drawings, procedures or other written, verbal, or electronic instructions, perform a wide variety of welded assembly operations on final products, sub‑assemblies, and components. Welders must adhere to ASME Code Safety Regulations, maintain equipment and facilities in a safe, clean, and efficient manner, and keep records of safety, quality, productivity, preventive maintenance, and housekeeping. The facility is located at 45 Sutton Road | Verona, VA | 24482.
Starting Pay: $28.00 per hour, adjusted based on experience and qualifications.
3rd Shift Differential: $1.50 per hour
3rd Shift Schedule: Monday - Thursday | 7:30pm - 6am
Training Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday - Thursday
Welder Responsibilities:
Perform work in various physical positions including standing, kneeling, bending and reaching.
Perform work in heavy industrial setting with exposure to heat, cold, humidity, industrial odors, fumes, gases, chemicals, oil, grease, smoke, dust, noise, vibration, work from an elevated platform and working in cramped quarters, e.g., inside vessels.
Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) required for this position, including hearing protection, safety eyewear, safety footwear, face shield, welding helmet, welding gloves, welding sleeves/jacket, welding apron/chaps, and respirator if required.
Close vision, distant vision, color vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus and hand-eye coordination.
