The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months to 1 year of consistent MIG welding experience, though recent technical school graduates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on metal parts and assemblies according to specifications
• Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy
• Assist in monitoring robotic welding machines and identifying any weld quality issues
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, or welding symbols
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, following safety protocols at all times
• Perform basic maintenance on welding equipment as needed
• Heavy lifting and physical labor may be required

Requirements
