Job summary

AriensCo is excited to hire motivated Welders to join our 2nd shift team in Fayetteville, TN! This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic organization and contribute to our growing operations.

Pay: Starting at $22.00/hour plus $1.00 shift premium — Schedule & Shift: Monday - Thursday (4 days x 10 hours); 3:00PM-1:30AM, with occasional Friday's.

Qualifications

• Professional welding experience required.
• Ability to communicate effectively by applying common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Pass appropriate internal welding certification.
• Working knowledge of Blue Print reading and weld symbols.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Weld multiple material types (flat, horizontal, vertical, overhead) per work instructions using manual or robotic welder.
• Remove/install rolls of weld wire and adjust equipment to properly weld.
• Interpret blueprints and weld symbols to meet print specifications.
• Apply correct welding technique and adjust equipment to remedy quality issues.
• Prepare parts for welding and repair defective welds to print specifications.
• Clean welded parts per print specifications and follow procedures including IPV in-process verification.

Job Description

THE DAY TO DAY

• Weld multiple material types flat, horizontal, vertical, or overhead positions within process limitations and as determined by work instructions using a manual or robotic welder
• Remove and install rolls of weld wire and make equipment adjustments necessary to properly weld
• Interpret Blue print and weld symbols to produce welds to print specification
• Use proper welding technique and adjust equipment as necessary to produce quality weld problems
• Prepare parts necessary for welding
• Repair defective welds to print specification
• Clean-up of welded parts per print specifications
• Follow written welding procedures, specifications and work instructions including (IPV) in process verification
• Assist team members in other areas to meet daily production goals

THE QUALIFICATIONS
