Bass Pro Shops in Ozark, MO is seeking a Welder 2nd Shift to perform MIG welding on steel parts, set up components per prints, and maintain production quality within takt time. The role requires basic machine knowledge and the ability to inspect and correct defects while keeping the work area safe and clean.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, and welding certification is a plus. Roles are full-time with competitive benefits at White River Marine Plant.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Welding certification preferred but not required.
• Basic understanding of welding machine controls and ability to adjust per requirements.
• Able to perform MIG welds per standards within takt time.
• Able to perform rudimentary maintenance: clean tips/cones, change tips/diffusers.
• Able to read and comprehend scheduled/model prints.
