Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Fabrication Operator at the White River Marine Plant in Ozark, MO. You will fabricate steel frames and parts for boat trailers, read drawings, and operate presses, drills, saws, plasma cutters, and cranes.

Cross-training across multiple stations is expected to support production. Qualified applicants have a high school diploma or equivalent, can read blueprints and tape measures, perform basic math, lift up to 50 lbs, and wear PPE.

• Ability to read tape measure.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must wear PPE as required.
• Pass pulmonary function and fit test if respirator is used.

Responsibilities

• Read drawings and schematics to determine part specifications.
• Operate presses, drills, saws, plasma cutters, rails, cranes and hand tools.
• Cross-trained across multiple stations to support production.
• Lift and transport trailer rails and parts up to 50 lbs.
• Follow daily schedules and produce required parts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
