Lippert in Goshen, Indiana is seeking a full-time Team Member to assist with frame fabrication, ensuring quality and safety standards are met in a collaborative environment. The role includes responsibilities such as installation of slide outs and welding tasks.
Candidates should have a high school diploma and preferably some welding or manufacturing experience. The position involves engaging directly with production requirements.

Team Member is responsible for finishing the frame fabrication. Day to day frames may vary based on schedules and blueprints provided. Required to follow safety and quality regulations established by Lippert.
This role does not have any supervisory responsibility upon hiring.
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a Team Member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The Team Member may have to lift and/or move items over 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
This is a full-time hourly position, and hours/days of work are decided by production schedules and your reporting manager.
Travel will be minimal to none and would be primarily local during the business day.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
