Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a skilled Welder for the Bentleyville, PA site. The 1st shift (5:00 am–1:30 pm) work includes welding using MIG, TIG, and FCAW processes, fitting parts to blueprints, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years welding and 1+ year fitting experience, with strong manual dexterity and the ability to stand for long periods. This on-site position offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years welding experience.
• Minimum 1+ year fitting experience.
• Ability to read and interpret fabrication prints.

Responsibilities

• Weld nickel 55/45 wire to cast-iron as filler or for build up.
• Weld various metals and alloys, including dissimilar metals.
• Operate welding equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Read blueprints, fit components to specifications, and ensure tolerances.
