Shifts run Monday through Thursday with option for 5:00am–3:30pm or 6:00am–4:30pm, ten-hour days and three paid breaks. The role involves MIG welding in a fast-paced environment, reading blueprints, adhering to safety standards, and contributing to LEAN initiatives.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in MIG welding within the last 2 years.
• Read and interpret blueprints or welding process specifications.
• Follow safety regulations and maintain equipment.

Responsibilities

• Weld in a fast-paced production environment.
• MIG weld parts following blueprints and specs.
• Conduct quality inspections of work.
• Maintain equipment and report maintenance and safety concerns.
• Read and interpret blueprints or welding process specifications.
• Assist in training junior employees and inspecting their work.
