Job summary

Lozier Corporation is seeking a Welder to support manufacturing operations. You will read blueprints, prepare welding equipment, and perform welding operations while ensuring safety and quality standards are met in a fast-paced environment.

You will inspect welds, maintain tools, and work with teams to drive continuous improvement. The role may involve robotic/MIG/spot welding as needed and requires strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent, technical training, or certifications are preferred.
• Experience: Proven experience in one or more welding processes relevant to the specialization.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions to perform welding operations.
• Select and set up welding equipment, tools, and materials.
• Perform welding operations safely and efficiently, meeting production schedules and quality standards.
• Inspect completed welds for quality and compliance with specifications.
• Maintain equipment and perform routine preventive maintenance.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures, including PPE usage.
