Requirements

• Minimum 2 years MIG welding experience (mild steel and stainless) or certification from an accredited school
• Ability to read and pass a weld print test
• Ability to pass tape measure and angle finder tests
• Ability to perform first and last piece inspections
• Adherence to safety and quality standards
• Teamwork skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods
• Openness to cross-training in other areas
