Qualifications

• 1+ year of MIG welding experience (TIG a plus).
• Ability to read basic blueprints (training provided).
• Knowledge of metalworking equipment and processes.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate daily production and custom orders.
• MIG and/or TIG welding to quality standards.
• Set up and operate welding equipment and machinery.
• Position materials using jigs, fixtures, and measuring tools.
• Maintain productivity targets (3 cabinets per hour).
• Follow work instructions and safety procedures.
• Support light machine maintenance as needed.
