Caterpillar in Boone, NC is seeking a Welder for 3rd shift to build top-of-the-line equipment. You will operate MIG welders and robotic welding systems, inspect welds, and repair defects while following standard work and blueprints.

This role requires welding operation experience, the ability to lift up to 35 lbs, and reliable teamwork. Starting pay is $21.70 per hour with an 8% shift premium, plus Day One benefits and a comprehensive total rewards package.
