Regular Employee | Hourly Non-Exempt | $23.00 - 25.00


What you'll do:

Responsible
for welding and reworking products using MIG/TIG techniques per specifications
and blueprints.

  • Perform MIG/TIG welding (AWS
    3G/4G) on steel, stainless, and aluminum per blueprints and weld symbols
  • Set up and maintain welding
    equipment; follow detailed operator instructions and quality standards
  • Inspect work and prior processes
    to ensure quality and production flow
  • Collaborate with cross-functional
    teams to resolve issues and support continuous improvement
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and
    organized work area; support 5S and lean initiatives



What you need to be successful:

  • High School Diploma or GED;
    excellent attendance and positive attitude
  • Ability to read and interpret
    blueprints and weld specifications
  • Pass a welding certification test;
    prior welding experience/certifications preferred
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented,
    and able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to rotate across weld
    areas, wear PPE, work overtime, and pursue skill development
