Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Welder role based in Tolar, TX. The Welder will perform daily welding tasks on a variety of projects, including fabrication, repair, and installation of metal components and structures. Responsibilities include reading and interpreting blueprints and welding specifications, setting up and operating welding equipment, and selecting appropriate materials and welding processes. The role involves inspecting completed welds for quality and safety, performing basic equipment maintenance, and collaborating with supervisors and crew members to meet project timelines. The Welder is expected to follow all safety procedures and support G-Force’s commitment to doing the job right the first time.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Welding and Arc Welding for structural and fabrication work.
• Candidates should possess skills in TIG Welding and MIG Welding for precision and production welding tasks.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Materials, including metal types, properties, and appropriate welding techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols.
• Experience working in industrial, construction, or fabrication environments, preferably in oil & gas or building projects.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety practices and adherence to company and regulatory standards.
• Physical ability to perform welding tasks, including lifting, standing, and working in various positions and environments.
• Relevant certifications in welding (e.g., AWS or equivalent) are beneficial.
