Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) is seeking skilled TIG/MIG Welders for 2nd and 3rd shifts in Sparta, MI. You will weld to specifications on metal parts using welding diagrams, layouts, and work orders in a growing fabrication environment.

This role offers $18-$23 per hour with a $1 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts, 4x10-hour schedules, and the opportunity to work with lasers, robotic welders, and other advanced equipment in a non-climate-controlled facility.

Qualifications

• Previous TIG/MIG welding experience or welding education.
• Ability to pass a TIG/MIG weld test.
• Passion for welding and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG/MIG welding on metal parts per work orders, layouts and welding diagrams.
• Production welding using advanced equipment as applicable.

TIG/MIG Welders - 2nd & 3rd shift

Join a growing metal fabrication team where you'll perform TIG/MIG welding on metal parts based on work orders, layouts, and welding diagrams. This role includes production welding and the opportunity to work with innovative equipment such as lasers, tube benders, robotic welders, drill presses, punch presses, and more.

Pay: $18-$23/hr
Schedule: 4 x 10-hour shifts (flexible scheduling available)
Shift Differential: Additional $1/hr for 2nd and 3rd shifts
Environment: Non-climate-controlled manufacturing facility

Requirements:

• Previous TIG/MIG welding experience or welding education
• Ability to pass a TIG/MIG weld test
• Passion for welding and craftsmanship

Preferred:

• Experience in a fast-paced metal fabrication environment
• Production TIG welding experience
