The Advance Group is hiring an Entry-Level MIG Welder in Perrysburg, OH for a 3rd shift role. This position involves welding automotive racks and performing related production tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and background screen.

Responsibilities

Entry-Level MIG Welder – $17/hr | 3rd Shift | Perrysburg, OH

Ready to start or grow your welding career? The Advance Group is hiring Production MIG Welders for an automotive racking manufacturer in Perrysburg, OH. This is a great opportunity for someone with MIG welding experience from a welding program, school, or previous job who wants to build their skills in a production environment. Candidates with at least 1 year of welding experience are preferred, but this opportunity may also be a great fit for someone who has recently completed welding training and can successfully pass a weld test.

MIG Welder Responsibilities

• Use MIG welding to build and assemble automotive racks
• Perform production work when welding work slows down
• Operate machines and cut metal to various lengths
• Assemble racks by hand
• Stack completed racks
• Clean and wash parts
• Maintain clean and organized workstations
• Follow all safety and quality procedures

Hours

3rd shift: Sunday-Wednesday, 7:30pm-6:00am Thursday overtime as needed: 7:30pm-4:00am

Pay

$17/hr starting pay
