Seneca Landfill, Inc. is seeking a welder/fabricator to repair vehicle bodies and fabricate steel and aluminum components for trucks and equipment.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Safe use of MIG and arc welding equipment and other fabricating machines to cut and manufacture patches or repair areas on containers or trucks.
• Must comply with all company policies, laws, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Adaptable to changing work environments, competing demands, and able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year welding experience or Welding Technician diploma.
• Experience with a plasma torch as well as MIG and arc welding equipment preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Employees must provide their own safety-approved work boots.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit/stand, walk, climb, bend/twist, and push/pull required.
• Ability to lift/carry upwards of 50-75 lbs. for short distances.
