Position: Robot Welder - 2nd shift

Location: Olathe, KS

Pay: $18.50/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM (Training on 1st shift, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Robot Welder to join our team in Olathe, KS. This role involves fabricating, repairing components, and ensuring high-quality welds while operating automated welding equipment. Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate robotic welding machines with accuracy
• Perform quality welds to meet specifications and ensure structural integrity
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and measurements to execute precise welds
• Troubleshoot and adjust machine settings as needed
• Inspect finished work for accuracy and quality
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of welding experience
• Strong knowledge of MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and measurements
• Vocational training or technical education in welding is a plus
• Must be physically capable of lifting, bending, twisting, and crouching regularly
