Job summary

Waterstone Human Capital represents a process piping fabricator seeking a skilled welder to join a busy fabrication shop, producing x-ray-quality, code-compliant pipe welds.

You will MIG-weld pipe, read piping drawings, collaborate with the team to stay on schedule and maintain safety standards; TIG experience is a plus with training provided. U.S. Person required; visa sponsorship not available.

Your Role:

We're looking for a skilled welder to join a busy fabrication shop, producing high-quality pipe welds that meet strict code requirements for industrial and infrastructure projects.

What You'll Do:

• Perform MIG welding on pipe to produce x-ray-quality, code-compliant welds
• Read and work from piping drawings and specifications to guide your work
• Collaborate with the fabrication team to keep projects on schedule and on spec
• Maintain consistent quality and safety standards on the shop floor

What You'll Bring:

• Hands-on MIG welding experience on pipe
• A track record of producing x-ray-quality, code-compliant welds
• Ability to read and interpret piping drawings and specifications
• TIG welding experience is a plus; no prior orbital welding experience needed, as training is provided
• Must qualify as a U.S. Person and be able to work without visa sponsorship
