Job summary

Senneca Holdings seeks an experienced Welder for our Woodbury, Minnesota facility to join a dynamic team. The role is suitable for those with welding certification or up to 2 years of experience and a desire to grow professionally in a supportive environment.

You will perform ordinary and repetitive hand welding with a focus on MIG welding, proper setup, and quality control. The position runs Monday–Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm with benefits after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Must have welding certification or be a recent graduate.
• Able to read drawings and blueprints with accuracy.
• Proficient at reading work orders and specifications.
• Plan and layout welding sequences from drawings.
• Attention to quality and precision throughout welding.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are searching for an experienced Welder at our Woodbury, Minnesota facility.

This role is perfect for a candidate who just received there welding certification or has less than 1-2 years for experience and is looking to be apart of an amazing team!

The pay range for this position is $23 - $25/ hour - Monday - Friday (7am-3:30pm)

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform ordinary and repetitive hand welding operations
• All MIG welding
• Care required in clamping parts in relative position to avoid distortion
• Operate welding equipment; regulate current and voltage or gas and feed rate for proper fusion of metals
• Heavy lifting maybe required

Required Qualifications:

• Must be able to work in a fast pace environment.
• Must be able to plan and layout welding sequence, referring to drawings, blueprints, or specifications
• May layout and mark weld points on parts or assemblies using a tape measure, square, scribe, or templates
• Must be proficient at reading work orders
• A concern for quality control is a requirement.
