Job summary

WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a Welder to repair and maintain front and read load, and roll-off containers, weld vehicle floors and bodies, and fabricate components for trucks and containers. The role includes on-site repairs, safety compliance, and documentation.

The ideal candidate has one year of welding experience and basic computer use for work orders, with preferred HS diploma or GED and valid driver’s license. Benefits are offered and opportunities for growth exist.

• Use of computers to update assigned work orders.

• Bends steel components using a break and shear.
• Cuts steel using a plasma cutter or torch.
• Fabricates steel components on trucks and containers.
• Installs lids and wheels on containers.
• Paints repaired and/or new containers.
• Performs on-site repairs at customer locations.
• Follows all safety policies and procedures.
• Completes required paperwork.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
• Maintain positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, vendors, co-workers and management.

Physical Requirements

• Lift, carry and push/pull at least 75 pounds.
