Job summary

ProMach, Inc. is seeking a skilled Welder for its HMC division to weld steel, stainless steel, and aluminum using MIG and TIG processes. The role emphasizes reading technical blueprints, ensuring precision, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace in a climate-controlled facility.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of welding experience with MIG/TIG, comfort with fabrication equipment, and a safety-first mindset. Team-oriented and able to handle multiple priorities is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years welding experience, preferably steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, as well as MIG and TIG welding.
• Experience with fabrication machines including rollers, benders, shears, etc. is a plus.
• Excellent safety practices and mindset.
• Ability to read technical drawings/blueprints.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week and maintain good attendance.
• Must be able to work well in a team and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
