Job summary

ProMach's HMC division seeks an Assembly Technician to assemble packaging machinery with precision in a climate-controlled facility in Illinois. You’ll read blueprints, check quality, and maintain safe workflows while contributing to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read machine drawings/blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week and be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assemble components, sub-assemblies, and packaging machinery following blueprints and instructions.
• Perform quality checks to ensure standards are met.
• Identify defects and communicate with supervisor.
• Rework/repair assembled equipment per specifications and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
