Job summary

Superior Industries is seeking skilled welders for day shift work. The position involves assembling, tack, and welding steel parts per blueprints, with emphasis on quality and safety.

You will prepare surfaces, adjust settings, and apply appropriate welding techniques, while maintaining equipment and adhering to crane and forklift safety rules. Starting pay ranges from $21 to $26 per hour, with final compensation based on skills, experience, and location.

Qualifications

• Must be able to weld to 1G certification.
• Experience reading blueprints and using tape measures.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, tack, and weld steel parts to create finished sub-assemblies, following blueprints.
• Prepare weld surfaces, adjust settings, and use the right techniques based on the job.
• Ensure welds are visually appealing and meet quality standards.
• Safely use and maintain welding equipment, and follow safety rules for cranes, forklifts and other machinery.
• Complete other tasks as needed.

Compensation

• The starting pay range for this position is $21-$26 per hour. Final compensation will depend on various factors including skills, experience, and location.

Day Shift

• 5:00am - 4:30pm Monday through Thursday, 5:00am - 11:00am Friday.
