Job summary

Superior Industries Inc. is seeking welders for a shift position in Morris, MN. The role focuses on assembling, tack-welding, and finishing steel sub-assemblies while strictly following blueprints and quality standards.

You'll operate welding equipment, manage proper surface prep, and adjust settings per job requirements. We prioritize safety, teamwork, and consistent, precise results in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Capable of welding to 1G certification.
• Experience reading blueprints and using tape measures.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, tack, and weld steel parts to create finished sub-assemblies, following blueprints.
• Prepare weld surfaces, adjust settings, and use the right techniques based on the job.
• Ensure welds are visually appealing and meet quality standards.
• Safely use and maintain welding equipment, and follow safety rules for cranes, forklifts and other machinery.
• Complete other tasks as needed.

• Safely use and maintain welding equipment, and follow safety rules for cranes, forklifts and other machinery.
• Complete other tasks as needed.

Compensation

• The starting pay range for this position is $21-$26 per hour. Final compensation will depend on various factors including skills, experience, and location.

Day Shift

• 5:00am - 4:30pm Monday through Thursday, 5:00am - 11:00am Friday.
