MSI Defense Solutions in Mooresville, North Carolina is seeking experienced Welders to join our growing team. You will read blueprints, prepare and fit materials, and weld and fabricate metal components using a variety of tools and equipment.

Your craftsmanship will support meaningful defense industry work serving our warfighters and allies. In this hands-on role, you'll uphold safety, prioritize quality, and collaborate with a skilled, dependable team.

Qualifications

• Preferably 3+ years of MIG/TIG welding and fabrication experience with steel, chromoly, and aluminum
• Ability to interpret blueprints and welding symbols
• Experience with fabrication equipment, hand tools, and precision measuring tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to achieve required weld certifications
