Freeman Boatworks in Moncks Corner, SC is seeking a skilled Welder to support the fabrication and assembly of aluminum components for high-performance offshore fishing catamarans.

You will perform TIG welding, read blueprints, and work with band saws, benders, and sanders in a non-climate-controlled shop environment. The role emphasizes precision, safety, and teamwork, with competitive pay and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of GTAW/TIG welding experience.
• Experience with anodized aluminum pipe preferred.
• Prior marine welding or fabrication experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with standard hand and power tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a non-climate-controlled environment.

• Perform TIG/GTAW welding and fabrication on aluminum parts and structures
