ALCOM is seeking a Full Time Aluminum Welder for the Bonner-West Riverside, MT area. You will perform Aluminum MIG Arc Welding on fixtures, parts, and ramps, and may do TIG welding. Reading blueprints and job orders, maintaining quality and embracing safety standards are essential.
You’ll work under supervision with guidance on new techniques, while ensuring finished trailers meet specs and tolerances. Strong attention to detail and good communication are important in a team-driven environment.

Perform Aluminum MIG Arc Welding (AMAW) on fixtures, parts, and ramps. May do some TIG welding. Must be able to read blueprints, follow job orders and learn welding techniques and procedures for aluminum trailers. Will operate and maintain setups. Must recognize and be conscious of finished trailers' quality, tolerance, and accuracy. Alert to visually detect obvious defects. Work is given supervision, inspection, and check; instructions and guidance are provided on new work, procedural variations, and difficulties.
