SA Recycling is seeking a skilled Welder to repair and maintain a metal recycling shredder and related equipment at our facility. You will weld steel components using ARC and MIG processes, cut and fabricate parts to precise dimensions, and work from prints and verbal instructions.
Outdoor work in varying weather conditions is expected; safety and OSHA standards must be followed. A high school diploma or GED is required, with 5+ years of welding experience and knowledge of fabrication tools.
SA Recycling is looking for a Welder who will be responsible for repairing and maintaining a metal recycling shredder and other metal recycling equipment as needed. The welder will be responsible for fabricating and joining metals and other materials, using the appropriate equipment; following all established safety precautions; have the ability to work at heights and with odd angles; have a steady hand and a great attention to detail. Knowledge of different kinds of metal and their properties is also highly desired.
This position will work outside in varying weather conditions, and SA Recycling strictly adheres to all Metals Recycling Business Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
