JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for WELDERS in Madison, AL. We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welding aluminum sheets and tubes using MIG, TIG, and Pulse welding techniques. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to follow welding stops and procedures. Additional duties will include maintaining welding equipment, inspecting finished welds, and ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities of a WELDERS includes, but are not limited to, the following:

Job Requirements of a WELDERS:

• Perform MIG, TIG, and Pulse welding on aluminum sheets and tubes.
• Use welding stops and fixtures to ensure precision and consistency.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
• Set up and adjust welding equipment according to specifications.
• Inspect and test welds to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Perform grinding, cutting, and finishing as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist with additional fabrication or shop duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience with MIG, TIG, and Pulse welding on aluminum.
• Strong understanding of welding stops and precision techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Must be able to lift 35 lbs and stand for extended periods.

REQUIRED Experience and Education:

• Welding certification(s) from an accredited institution.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
• Familiarity with additional metalworking tools and machinery.
