Brandon & Clark, Inc. in Lubbock, TX, is seeking a skilled Welder to join our electro-mechanical team. This hourly role delivers high-quality welds, follows safety procedures, and supports senior welders with mentorship and teamwork.
You will perform full-penetration and multi-pass welds on structural steel and piping, read drawings, and ensure code compliance while maintaining productivity and quality across shifts.

In addition to hands-on production, the Welder serves as a resource to less-experienced team members—sharing knowledge, reinforcing best practices, and helping build technical skill and confidence across the team.
