RIDE Coach and Bus is seeking a Certified Welder to join our Lancaster, CA facility. You will weld and assemble bus components, read engineering blueprints, and ensure precise fabrication across aluminum, metal, and stainless steel parts.
Role requires adherence to safety protocols, attention to detail, and ability to work from engineering documentation. Schedule is Monday–Friday, onsite with excellent benefits.

SUMMARY
A Certified Welder is knowledgeable on how to use all welding equipment and are proficient in generalassembly applications. Welders are responsible for bracket installation and structural processes. Welderscut and join metals and other materials at our facility. Welders operate appropriate equipment to puttogether structures or parts with a great deal of precision. Welders’ job is important as it provides thefoundation for strong infrastructure. A welder must be competent in using potentially dangerousequipment following all safety precautions. The ideal candidate will also have a steady hand and greatattention to detail. Knowledge of different kinds of metal and their properties is essential.Welder builds and repairs buses according to the process. Welder will be assigned to a bus to perform and repairs of interior and exterior fixtures and structures of the bus and follows work instructions pertaining.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, CERTIFICATES AND EXPERIENCE
Associate's degree (A. A.), or equivalent from two-year College, or technical school, or One to three year’s related experience, and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Basic Electrical, Mechanical, Construction/General Repairs and knowledge components and mechanical systems.
