Job summary

Ag Growth International Inc. seeks a skilled welder/assembler to join our Kansas facility. The role emphasizes MIG welding and mechanical aptitude, with lifting occasional weights and detailed workmanship in a fast-paced setting.

The candidate should have a high school diploma and several years of welding exposure, plus the ability to read blueprints and measure with precision. We value hands-on learners who can thrive in a team environment, demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, and

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency required.
• 3 years welding experience.
• CWB or AWS certification is a plus.
• Mig welding experience preferred.
• Mechanically inclined with tape measurement skills.
• Blueprint reading experience is a plus.
• Able to lift and maneuver 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Motivated candidates who are eager to learn.
• Able to work in fast paced environment standing for long periods.
• Attention to detail and problem solving with basic mechanical and mathematical aptitude.
