Technique, Inc. in Jackson, Michigan seeks a Welder to join our team. The role uses MIG/TIG welding to join stainless and carbon steel, and supports QA with layouts and inspections per GD&T and prints.
You will set up welding equipment, assemble exhaust parts, perform first-piece layouts via CMM, and maintain production records. Shift: 1st, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM; many benefits offered.
Technique is looking for a Welder to join our team at our Jackson, Michigan facility. This role requires the use of MIG/TIG welding equipment in accordance with job and customer demand, welding both stainless steel and carbon steel. The employee will support the quality assurance team with part layouts and inspections, requiring knowledge of GD&T and print reading, and will complete welding assemblies to customer requirements.
This is a full-time, non-exempt position with a minimum of 40 hours per week with overtime as needed. Note: days and hours required may vary. Shift premiums are available.
