A leading company in staffing services is hiring for a welding position in Indianapolis. The successful candidate will perform various welding operations, set weld parameters, and ensure high-quality standards are met. Candidates should be proficient in MIG, TIG, and stick welding, with a strong work ethic and ability to lift weights regularly.
Position Summary
Responsible for various types of weld preparation, welding and weld finishing operations to manufacture product to customer drawings, specifications, or other forms of instruction.
Position Responsibilities
Ability to set-up weld machine parameters (amps, volts, etc.)
Must be able to read blueprints and possess an understanding of standard weld symbols
Ability to read a tape measure
Ability to run a brake press
Ability to lift at least 50lbs.
Self - motivated work ethic
Dependable and Responsible
Forklift experience a plus
Willing to work overtime as needed
