Position Title: Welder

Wage: $19.92 per hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 7:00am - 3:00pm

About the Position

QPS Employment Group has a great Welder position available at a company in Quincy, IL. This is a 1st shift role with the opportunity for hire.

Welder Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Set up, operate, and tend welding machines to join or bond components for fabricating metal products or assemblies.
2. Read blueprints, work orders, or production schedules to determine instructions and specifications.
3. Inspect work pieces to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
4. Use hand tools and welding equipment effectively.

Welder Requirements:

1. Welding experience.
2. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
