Cross Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a Production Welder at our Lewis, KS facility to join a team producing hydraulic cylinders. The role focuses on MIG welding of steel components, ensuring safety and quality while meeting production schedules.

The ideal candidate will have welding experience, be detail-oriented, and capable of working within a team environment. Preference is given to those with vocational training and MIG welding certification.

Job Responsibilities:

The Production Welder is responsible for safely MIG welding quality steel components duringthe production of hydraulic cylinders to achieve consistent customer satisfaction. The Production Welder position safely sets up, runs, and maintains welding equipment to weldquality hydraulic cylinder components to meet production schedule guidelines.

Requirements:

A successful candidate is highly motivated with welding knowledge andexperience. The candidate is detail-oriented and works well as part of a team. Theapplicant must be dependable, motivated producer, and support the GuidingPrinciples of Cross.

Desired Qualifications:

• Technical/vocational school preferred
• Programming robotic welding experience a plus
• MIG welding certification preferred
• Technical experience preferred
