Job summary

PDS Tech Commercial is hiring an Aluminum Welder for a Hamilton, OH facility. This role requires TIG and MIG welding of aluminum, reading engineering drawings, and maintaining quality and safety standards. The position is onsite with a 2nd shift: Monday-Thursday, 4:00 PM–2:00 AM, with overtime on Fridays.

Wage ranges from $24.00 to $26.00 per hour plus a $3.00/hour shift differential. Strong teamwork and commitment to craftsmanship are valued in a modern manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience performing aluminum TIG and MIG welding.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and welding specs.
• Basic math and measurement skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG and MIG welding on aluminum components per drawings.
• Set up and adjust welding fixtures for various products.
• Inspect completed work for quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
• Support training or mentoring of teammates when needed.
