Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of welding experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial environment.
• MIG welding experience required; TIG, Stick, and Flux-Core experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Knowledge of welding symbols and experience using measuring tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods, with reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

As a Welder, you will be part of the production and fabrication team supporting quality-focused metal assembly and repair work. The ideal candidate will bring strong attention to detail, a commitment to workplace safety, and the drive to produce welds that meet drawings and customer specifications.
