Job summary

OneSource Staffing in Berwick, PA is recruiting experienced Welders and Metal Fabricators for multiple local companies. This role involves MIG, TIG, Stick, and Flux Core welding, reading blueprints, and fabricating steel components.

You'll measure, cut, grind, and assemble, operate welding machines, and inspect welds for quality while following safety standards. Opportunities are full-time, temp-to-hire, with Monday–Friday 1st shift.

Qualifications

• Hands-on welding experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to read and follow blueprints, welding symbols and drawings.
• Familiarity with measuring tools and equipment for proper fit and alignment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, or Flux Core welding as required.
• Fabricate, weld, and assemble steel and metal components.
• Read blueprints and follow welding symbols and drawings.
• Measure, cut, grind, and prepare materials for welding.
• Operate welding machines and fabrication equipment.
• Inspect finished welds for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous hands-on welding experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with MIG (GMAW), TIG (GTAW), Stick (SMAW), or Flux Core (FCAW) welding.
• Background in metal fabrication, manufacturing, or industrial welding.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring equipment.
• Familiarity with welding machines, grinders, and shop tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Dependable attendance and a solid work ethic.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
