What You’ll Need

• Experience with arc welding machines and various welding techniques (manual, submerged arc, gas-shielded arc)
• Ability to weld in flat, vertical, horizontal, and overhead positions
• Skill in reading blueprints, layouts, and welding procedures
• Proficiency in preparing metal surfaces and performing interpass grinding and penetrant testing
• Ability to work in confined spaces, at heights over 50 feet, and in varied outdoor weather conditions
• Strict adherence to safety compliance and use of PPE, including respirators
