Yancey Bros. Co., an established Caterpillar equipment dealer, is seeking a Welder to join their team in Batesville, Arkansas. In this role, you will be responsible for welding fuel tanks and creating weatherproof or sound attenuation enclosures using MIG welding techniques. Ideal candidates will possess a strong mechanical aptitude, customer service skills, and at least 1 year of MIG welding experience. As a Welder you will be welding fuel tanks and aluminum stud frames for the weatherproof or sound attenuation enclosures.
To be successful in this position you should have a strong mechanical aptitude, training and experience with MIG welding and the desire to learn. You should possess a strong sense of urgency and desire to provide superior customer service. The ability to work safely alone and around others is essential to this position as well.
